Shipping and returns
Lumiprobe sells and delivers products world-wide. Sales tax will not be added to orders placed outside of Maryland.
The following payment options are available:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Credit card payments can be done online. Credit card details can also be provided by phone, or fax.
- Wire transfers
- Checks
- PayPal
Orders can be placed online, sent by email, or fax. We accept purchase orders. Please contact us if you need to set up an account with us to place an order.
Standard payment term is NET30.
Item availability can be checked online at product pages. Orders are generally shipped the same day, or the next day by courier.
We can ship with various carriers. Shipping rates are calculated online. Orders exceeding free shipping limits are delivered for free. 对于您所在地区（美洲），美国境内订单超过$400的运费免费。该地区其他国家/地区的订单超过$800的运费也免费。 If you need to ship using another carrier, or use freight collect account, please order comments field on checkout or contact us.
Unopened products can be returned to Lumiprobe within 30 days after delivery with full refund. After it, and before product expiration date, our team will investigate any quality issues reported by customer.
Lumiprobe is NOT responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, permits or other paperwork required to import reagents. Please talk your University or Company shipping and receiving department about any additional customs fees or paperwork that the UPS, Fedex or DHL may request on behalf of customs. Each country may have different policy on scientific reagents.
