6-FAM CPG 500

6-FAM CPG 500 is a modifying porous glass for oligonucleotide synthesis.

Used in the synthesis of oligonucleotides with a 3’-terminal fluorescein (FAM) label. Gives an optimal yield of FAM-modified nucleotides of up to 60 bases in length. This reagent is compatible with standard cleavage and unblocking conditions for natural oligonucleotides (aqueous ammonia).

BDP R6G tetrazine is a tetrazine derivative of a bright and stable Rhodamine 6G analog.

A boron-dipyrromethene dye with absorption and emission wavelengths corresponding to those of Rhodamine 6G (R6G). A bright and photostable fluorophore.

Due to its tetrazine moiety, this reagent can enter into the inverse electron-demand Diels–Alder reaction with strained olefins (trans-cyclooctenes, azetins etc.). This reaction does not require any catalyst and proceeds quickly, in particular, but not exclusively, in aqueous media.

FAM tetrazine, 6-isomer is a tetrazine derivative of the pure fluorescein 6-isomer (FAM).

Fluorescein (FAM) is a popular fluorophore with bright emission in the green spectral range. This derivative contains a tetrazine moiety, which can react with strained trans-cycloalkenes. Their interaction (inverse electron-demand Diels–Alder reaction) is very fast and highly specific. This preparation contains the pure 6-isomer of the dye.

BDP R6G hydrazide is a hydrazide derivative of a bright and stable Rhodamine 6G analog.

A reactive boron-dipyrromethene label with absorption and emission spectra suitable for the R6G channel. The dye features high brightness and photostability. The hydrazide group reacts with carbonyl compounds (aldehydes and ketones) to form stable hydrazones. Most carbohydrates can be labeled with hydrazides after oxidation with periodate.
