Annexin V（或Annexin A5）属于胞内蛋白的磷脂结合膜联蛋白家族。在流式细胞检测和荧光显微镜观察中，Annexin V 常用于检测凋亡细胞，因为它能够特异性结合磷脂酰丝氨酸，磷脂酰丝氨酸在细胞凋亡的早期阶段从质膜的内层迁移到外层。
