Annexin V-AF 488细胞凋亡检测试剂盒

Annexin V（或膜联蛋白 A5）是胞内蛋白磷脂结合膜联蛋白家族的成员。在流式细胞检测和荧光显微镜观察中，Annexin V 常用于检测凋亡细胞，因为它能够以钙依赖性方式特异性结合磷脂酰丝氨酸 (PS)。该方法由 Koopman 等人首先报道。（1994）[1]。

在健康细胞中，磷脂酰丝氨酸 （PS） 通常保留在质膜的内层。细胞凋亡的早期阶段伴随着膜磷脂不对称性的丧失，导致细胞表面PS暴露。Annexin V 与碘化丙啶 (PI) 等活体染料结合使用，可以区分健康 (Annexin−PI−)、凋亡 (Annexin+PI−) 和坏死 (Annexin+PI+) 细胞 [2]。
