QuDye^® dsDNA HS Reagent 200×, quantification reagent is extremely selective for dsDNA over ssDNA and RNA. To prepare the working solution the concentrated QuDye dsDNA HS Reagent has to be diluted 1:200.

QuDye dsDNA HS Reagent usage is a high sensitive method over other traditional of DNA quantitation and is intended for use with all models fluorometers.

The 200× formulation is also a component of the nucleic acid quantification QuDye dsDNA HS Assay Kit for dsDNA samples measurements.
