TMRE 应用包括荧光显微镜、流式细胞术、微孔板测定。该染料的最大激发波长为 549 nm:它可以被蓝色(488 nm)或黄绿(561 nm)激光有效激发。可以在 PE 通道中检测到该染料的发射(最大波长为 574 nm)。
